I bought Untitled as a FLAC download. However, I've tried to download the file twice now. On each occasion the download appears to finish successfully, yet I can't open the zip folder. What is odd is that both downloads were slightly different filesizes around the 120MB mark. So, it would seem that the download "dropped out" midway through.

Obviously, I want some technical support with this. I sent an email to the "shop" account but haven't had a response.

Anybody able to help?

 I'll keep trying anyway.

At the very least I'd expect a refund so I can order the physical CD instead. It's just the shipping to UK that I didn't want to do.

Just wanted to update this.

 I did get a refund and I still haven't been able to download the FLAC files.

Hopefully I'll be at a London, UK gig so I can get my grubby paws on a real copy.
