Can one of you help me out??  I'm trying to obtain a copy of that, but my US credit card is not able to sign up with iTunes Canada.  This digital release isn't available here in the States.  Can you help a brotha out?  I'll gladly Paypal you some cash if you're able to send them to me through e-mail or something.

If iTunes US sticks to their time line, this should actually be available to download in America tomorrow, Nov. 11th. I will make an official post about this once it's out, but check tomorrow afternoon :)
