I ordered the Welcome to the Night Sky vinyl album, with it comes a free digital download.  The instructions say to go to a particular website, but this website does not exist.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Also, the support e-mail address that comes with the instruction does not work.

sorry MSteve, i didn't see this post until now... i posted about this elsewhere here, but:

the people who supplied the download cards and PIN number were behind in putting this up. the site was supposed to go live yesterday (to correspond to the albums actually being available at retail stores), but i see it's still not working. I'll follow up with them and let you know what happens.
